About Emirati Dates
Khalas and Fard — the principal date varieties of the UAE, cultivated for generations in the oases of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Liwa.
Each batch is hand-sorted and graded at our facility — the fruit itself carries no added sugar, no coatings, no preservatives. Golden Khalas with its smooth caramel richness. Dark Fard with deep toffee notes and firmer flesh. Each is offered pure, hand-stuffed with roasted nuts, or dipped in chocolate at our Dubai workshop — dates carrying the flavour of the land they come from.
