About Our Maamoul & Baked Goods
Buttery semolina shells filled with sweet date paste, pressed into hand-carved wooden moulds, and baked until golden — maamoul as it has been made for centuries.
Our maamoul cookies follow traditional recipes: pure Emirati date paste, real butter, fine semolina. No added sugar, no preservatives. Each piece is shaped by hand at our Dubai bakery — one of the few places in the UAE where these Arabic pastries are still made in genuinely small batches. The result is a texture and depth that factory production cannot replicate.
